These courses are sponsored by the Pakistan Software Export Board (PSEB) and jointly conducted by Riphah Institute of Systems Engineering and iPSEC. Applications are invited from IT graduates, IT professionals, and public-sector IT professionals.
Who can apply
University IT Graduates45% quota100% fee subsidy
IT graduates who completed their degree within the last two (02) years — a six (06) month grace period applies, calculated from the date of transcript or degree issuance (whichever is earlier). Six months of relevant employment/internship experience is preferred but not required.
IT Professionals50% quota80% subsidy — you pay 20%
Graduates who completed their degree more than two (02) years ago, employed professionals with two (02) or more years of experience (any discipline; an IT-related degree is preferred), or unemployed graduates/professionals.
Public Sector IT Professionals5% quota80% subsidy — you pay 20%
IT professionals currently serving in a Federal, Provincial or Local government organisation in an IT-related role (IT-related degree preferred). A No Objection Certificate (NOC) from your employer stating your designation is required.
